How long does it take for my medication refill request to be completed?

Our providers will take up to 72 business hours to submit your refill requests to the pharmacy.

How long does it take for my lab results to come back?

Our providers will review and publish your lab results up to 5-7 business days after results have been received.

How do I register for the patient portal?

Navigate to our home page, scroll down to the bottom right and click “Log In To Your Patient Portal.” Follow the instructions to sign up for a patient portal account. You can also request a password reset email. If you have any problems, call our office at 781-770-4064.

What is the cancellation and no-show policy?

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time with no penalty. If less than a 24-hour cancellation is given, you are not present for your appointment (including telehealth appointments), or you show up more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time, this will be documented as a “No-Show” appointment. Each “No-Show” will result in a $50 charge. If you have 3 “No-Show” appointments within a one-year time period, we may consider dismissing you from the practice.
